Integrated Change Strategies is a people-centered consulting practice focused on helping organizations navigate high-stakes transformation—where the risks are real, the rewards are meaningful, and success depends on people moving together.
We partner with leaders and teams during moments of significant change, including organizational transformation, strategy activation, mergers and acquisitions, and technology-enabled initiatives. Our experience spans complex environments across construction, transportation and logistics, higher education, municipal government, and home care—each with its own constraints, cultures, and realities.
Across every engagement, our work is grounded in a simple belief: transformation succeeds not because of better systems or plans, but because people understand what’s changing, trust the direction, and feel prepared to operate differently.
Integrated Change Strategies was founded by Ethan Deas, an executive-level communications and change management leader with more than two decades of experience building, maturing, and leading enterprise communication and change management functions. Ethan has partnered closely with executive and senior leaders to guide large-scale organizational change, mergers and acquisitions, and complex technology transformations—always with a focus on adoption, alignment, and execution.
Prior to founding Integrated Change Strategies, Ethan spent more than ten years at Home Instead, Inc., where he ultimately served as Vice President of Communication. In that role, he led global communication and enterprise change management practices supporting a franchise network of more than 1,000 locations across 12 countries and helped guide the organization through a $300+ million acquisition that created a combined enterprise delivering over $1.2 billion in services. His work included designing and launching a formal enterprise change management function, accelerating adoption of major technology platforms, and leading communications during periods of significant disruption and growth.
